SIPSEACHANGE – Terms and Conditions
"Art on your cup, change in your hand"

This promotion is run by Hartmann House Ltd, PO Box 811, Jersey, JE3 9DS, on behalf of HartiSWIM, a label owned by Hartmann House Ltd, in partnership with Cooper & Co, Jersey.

1. Promotion Period
The SIPSEACHANGE campaign begins on 1st July 2025 and runs until 30th September 2025, or while stocks last. The end date may be subject to change at the discretion of the promoter.

2. Eligibility
The promotion is open to participants globally. No purchase is necessary. To enter, participants must share an image of their eco-activity (e.g. beach clean, recycling, environmental or ocean conservation activity), tag both @hartiswim and @coopersjersey, and use the hashtag #sipseachange on Instagram.

3. Prize and Selection

  • Each month, one (1) winner will be selected via random prize draw from eligible Instagram entries.

  • Winners will receive either one (1) swimsuit or one (1) pair of swim trunks of their choice from hartiswim.com, subject to availability.

  • The maximum retail value of the prize is £220 GBP. Any price difference will not be paid in cash or credit.

  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

4. Notification and Fulfilment

  • Winners will be notified via direct message on Instagram and must respond within 30 days to claim their prize.

  • Winners will be asked to select their item from hartiswim.com and provide a valid postal address.

  • For international winners, the item will be shipped with a tracking code. The promoter is not responsible for customs charges, delays, or items lost in transit.

5. Promoter’s Rights

  • The promoter is Hartmann House Ltd.

  • The promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entry deemed fraudulent, inappropriate, or not in the spirit of the campaign.

  • The promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the campaign where necessary.

  • By participating, entrants agree that any submitted content may be shared or reposted by HartiSWIM and Cooper & Co for promotional purposes, with credit.

6. Legal
This promotion is governed by the laws of Jersey, Channel Islands, and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Jersey courts.

7. Data Protection
By entering the promotion, participants agree that their Instagram handle and any submitted content may be used for promotional purposes by Hartmann House Ltd and Cooper & Co. Personal data provided by winners (e.g. postal address for prize delivery) will be used solely for administering the promotion and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
